This website does not run a contact form, so we only receive personal information when you choose to give it to us, for example by:
Payment card details are entered directly into PayFast's own secure payment page. We do not receive or store your full card details ourselves.
We use the information you give us to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver discovery calls, prepare proposals, deliver and invoice projects, and provide ongoing support if you become a client. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for purposes beyond running our own business and delivering our services to you.
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics or advertising software of any kind. We don't track your browsing behaviour on this Site. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as most web hosting does by default.
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run our business, including Calendly for scheduling, PayFast for payment processing, WhatsApp for messaging, and hosting and content-delivery providers to run this Site. Each of these operates under its own privacy policy and may process information outside South Africa as part of its own infrastructure. We only share the information necessary for these services to perform their function.
We keep client project information, communication, and invoicing records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the project, meet support commitments, and comply with legal, accounting, or tax record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that don't turn into a project are kept only as long as needed to respond to you, and are deleted when no longer needed.
Under POPIA, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or update it, to ask us to delete it (subject to any legal or contractual reason we may need to keep it), and to object to how we're using it. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, and we rely on established, reputable third-party providers, such as PayFast for payments, for the parts of the process that require higher levels of security, like handling card details.
