What "delivery" means when the product is a website, not a parcel: how projects are timed, reviewed, and handed over.
Hook & Hold does not ship physical goods. "Delivery" refers to the point at which your website or digital deliverable is completed, reviewed, signed off by you, and made available, either published live at your domain or handed to you as finished files and access credentials.
Starter and Growth projects follow a standard fourteen-day build across five phases: strategy (day 1), structure (days 2 to 3), motion and design (days 4 to 5), development (days 6 to 13), and launch (day 14). Authority engagements are scoped and timed individually based on the agreed brief.
This timeline assumes you provide feedback, content, and any requested materials promptly. If feedback is delayed, content is missing, or the scope changes once work has started, we will let you know how this affects the delivery date before continuing.
Depending on your package, delivery typically includes: the completed website published live (or handed over as deployable files), the underlying source files or a repository export, documentation for any custom motion or interaction system built for your project, and access credentials for any accounts we set up on your behalf. The specific deliverables for your project are confirmed in your proposal.
We review progress with you at each phase, typically through short, scheduled sessions rather than constant back-and-forth messaging. Before final delivery, you'll be asked to review the completed project and confirm sign-off in writing (by email or through our project tools). Final delivery, and the balance payment described in our Terms and Conditions, follows this sign-off.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds during the build, as confirmed in your proposal. These are the right time to request changes to layout, copy placement, motion, or design detail. Requests outside the included rounds, or changes that go beyond the agreed scope, are quoted separately before we proceed, so delivery isn't delayed by unplanned work.
Most delays come from outside the build itself: late feedback, missing brand assets or copy, or a change in direction after work has started. If a delay isn't caused by us, we'll communicate an adjusted delivery date rather than silently slipping the schedule. If a delay is on our side, we'll tell you as early as possible and agree on a revised date together.
If we set up or manage your domain and hosting during the build, ownership and access are transferred to you (or to an account you control) at final delivery, once the balance payment has been received. We're happy to keep managing hosting for you under an ongoing support arrangement if you'd prefer not to handle it yourself.
Every project includes a thirty-day post-launch window for refinements based on how the site performs once real visitors are using it. After that window, ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer, described on our Pricing page.
